Terms and Conditions 1. Pay Bar Customers (Consumption of own drinks) – All guests attending the event are required to purchase their drinks from the bar. Guests are not permitted at any time during the event to bring their own drinks for consumption. We reserve the right to confiscate or remove them from the premises and there will be an additional charge of £250.
2. Cancellations - In event of any cancellations there will be a sub charge of £300 due to loss of work.
3. Equipment Hire – All of our equipment should come back in the same condition as it went out in. Any damaged or faulty equipment will be invoiced to the customer.
4. Any body that looks under the age 21 will be challenged for photo identification.
5. Bar Setup – When a bar setup time has been arranged please ensure that somebody is at the venue for us to setup. Failure in timing for us to setup you will receive a £100 fine for each hour wasted.
